Help.. Is it possible that I was spotting because of my period or implantation?

is it possible to be spotting 2 weeks before your period?

I had light pink spotting, I thought I was coming on period later that night the spotting was gone. 3 days after that the light pink spotting came back but only for an hour. Next day I took a pregnancy came back negative. Now it's 2 weeks later and no sign of period very tired, sore breast and moody. What could this be?

Have you been tracking your Ovulation/cycle at all? when was your last real period? Spotting could mean different things, depending on where you are in your cycle. If you're around ovulation time, it could be ovulation spotting. If you're in your luteal phase (after O to AF), it could be implantation spotting or something else.

Maybe try taking an ovulation or preg test to see what result you might get?
