Hi,
So I woke up 2 in a half hours early at 7 a.m. and temped. It was 96.9 a preovulatory temperature. I used the bbt adjuster and it put me at 97.40 which is my post o temperature range.
Since the 7 a.m. was my resting temperature does this mean I actually did not ovulate?
I can't attach my chart so I need answers based on the info I gave. Thanks so much!
