help me figure out my chart? 7dpo is when??

Hi Ladies,
I'm new to this. I wanted to see if I could get your help trying to figure out which day I ovulated. I need opinions and I thought I'd go to the experts.

I spot about 3-5 days before my period. So this month I'm getting my progesterone tested on 7dpo. My problem is, I don't know exactly which day is 7dpo. This month, Fertility Friend says my O day is Day 11. This is also my first day of my LH surge? How's that possible?

OPK:
Day 10 was slight faint line (PM)
Day 11 was a strong positive (Noon & PM)
Day 12 was a strong positive, very very slightly lighter than Day 11 (PM)

BBT:
My temp was increasing from Day 9. The biggest temp jump to me was Day 14. Maybe Day 13.

I feel my O was probably Day 12. What do you guys think?
When counting dpo.. what day is day 1? The day of ovulation, or the day after ovulation?

I'm new to this BBT stuff! help?

DPO starts on the day you ovulate. So the day after would be 1DPO.
I would go with Day 11 +/-1.

What do you mean with the +/- 1???
Sorry.. Still learning the lingo.
