Fort i'll let you know Iv decided to call Doctor's next week and book an appointment as I cant wait till june to know what's happening in my body. (Why aint i getting pregnant) I cant help but keep thinking why me, My mum concieved 6 healthy kid's so easily and my older sister concieved 4 healthy kids easily. But I cant even get my second baby. I dont actually know what to say when I go back, So any suggestion's or advice will be great. xxx Hope all is well and ok x

Hey ladies I'm back in the ttc. Af turned up last night after being 3days late and I stupidly had my hopes up. So had a cry this morning. This will be my 14ttc, I conceived my daughter with FOH. Oh has recently been diagnosed with m.s at the age of 24 and undergo's monthly treatment which is similar to a form of chemo. As soon as he was diagnosed we thought right we need to get on with things because of not knowing what quality of life he will have in the future. So we're now planning out wedding and trying for a baby. 14months on still nothing. Time is something that is not on our side. Do any of you know any supplements he can take to enhance spermies, I know us ladies can take vitex. Gona go holland and Barrett today and have alook. Any advise would be appreciated. Good luck with your ttcing xx

Firstly im so sorry that af got you - today will be hard for you, but you know that by tomoz you will start feeling more positive

Secondly, Im sorry your OH has ms at such a young age - i dont have much knowledge on ms im afraid apart from a friend of mine years ago had it and she got preggy - i know my friend was a girl so that probably hasnt help you at all!

Thirdly, Vitex is for regulating cycles NOT for enhancing anything for ladies.

I was reading the other day about taking Zinc and i know it kept telling me that its good for men, but i didnt bother reading on that section but it might be worth you looking on google to see if anything enhances their sperm.

Maybe ask the ladies on holland & barrett as they have to take courses to know what their stuff does, their very knowkledgeable so they might be able to help you

I hope someone with more knowledge can give you advise but in the meantime heres a hug for you

Ava - I have put OH on Wellman conception. Some of the ladies in LTTTC swear by it, and some of the ladies who have had their OH SA repeated have said that their OH's SA was greatly improved. I' sorry to hear about OH diagnosis. I hope things are being managed well for him.

thank's for the fingers crossed pinky, I got mine crossed to lol, I hate the fact of having to go back to the GP for test's so let's hope I get pregnant this month otherwise im defo going back just incase there is anything wrong (touch wood there aint) but i dont wanna end up not being able to have more kid's cause i dont know what's going on in my body. LOL Im the same, and also sorter hate that part cause if im not pregnant then i know i got a long wait till my nect ovulation, it's a bit like the time(clock). some time's it drag's & some time's it fly's. Well im at cycle day 8 and my chart predict's fertile cycle day's on cycle day's 10,11 & 12 and ovulation on cycle day 13. Which was same as last month but i predict different lol. but well see any way. My temp's started all over the gaf but now there within a 00.10 difference.

I was sick this morning and had really light and little spotting with watery fertile cm but not fertile cervix. thats what my chart say's anyway. but Iv never had a light spotting before. But with my daughter I concieved her on the day I was due AF. odd i know. but it happened.

Well any thing to update me on today?

why were you sick though?

AFM im 6DPO - not sure what my chart is saying, i was so energetic and positive yesterday - even painted my bedroom! but today i feel less positive anddont know why

Well Im feeling so ruff this morning, got real bad headache, runny nose and sore throat. FF say's still not fertile and i think i should have been on cycle day's 10, 11 & 12 but still nothink and at cycle day 11. as FF say's im ment to ov on cycle day 13. yesterday I had really thick creamy eggwhite CM it was really strechy and temp was 37.2C, but this morning my temp dropped to 36.7C and just eggwhite CM really strechy. so i dont really know were i am atm. Can you have a look at my chart and tell me what you think please??? it's linked to sig at the bottom.

i think your chart is looking great hun - your last cycle gives an idea on what may happen this cycle and you had a lovely temp drop on cd11 last time and you have one now - i would say that the creamy ewcm is your body gearing up to drop the egg and you will do this around cd13

your crosshairs last cycle were dotted which means your temps werent taken at the same time each day but this cycle your doing really good and all your dots are solid which means they were taken at the right time

your doing everything your meant to hun - dont worry

thank's lol I just hope i didnt ov yesterday as me and my OH did not do the BD yesterday. i am glad this chart's going much better then last cycle but im starting to think i should have went doctor's end of last AF as im not feeling pos about this month any more, but never mind i'll get this month over with and if im not preg'z which to be truthful i dont think i will be, but well just have to wait and see, then back to the GP for me.
