Help Please with 1st Follistim injection!!

Help Please!! I'm starting my Follistim this morning. Dr. said to do 450IUS, but the vials are 300 each. There are 6 vials, one for each day until my next appointment. I can't call and ask because they don't open for 2 more hours. Do I just do the one vial of 300?

Hope - I'm not on Follistim but I've learned so much from youtube. There are videos by professionals and lay persons telling you exactly how to administer it. Hope this helps.

Thanks!! Figured it out. Nurse said there is more than 300 in each vial so just dial up to 450 but only use one.

There were times I used up what was left of a cartridge and had to load another one to complete the dose. It sometimes meant two injections but it might be what you have to do to get your complete dose. Don't short yourself by just doing the one cartridge if it's not enough!
