3 cups of green tea a day
30 minutes of exercise a day
sorry im not getting at you, coz im taking a few things but to regulate my peroid, and its not until you see the pictures of all the stuff we think will help us, that you realise how much stuff there is, no one did this in older times but suppose doctors and scientists know more now than before x
