Help Please!

My hubby and I just decided to TTC #2!! I used an ovulation test Tuesday morning, and it appeared to be positive or almost positive. But we didn't get to that day ... I did not take another ovulation test the next morning, so I'm not sure if I was still ovulating on Wednesday, but my CM seems like its a little less. But we did get a chance to Wednesday night! So my question is.... is it possible to get pregnant the day after ovulation? And if so... how likely? I still have some very mild crampiness today, I always cramp for a few days during ovulation

It's very possible. You should ovulate between 24 and 48 hours of your positive ovulation test so if it was almost positive on the Tuesday, you may have gotten your positive on the Wednesday and ovulated within 24 - 48 hours. Either way, it's possible.
