Help Please!!

I've been looking through some of the siggys on here and I'm amazed at how lovely they all are and I really want to learn how to make them!!

Can anyone tell me how please? Like what programs you use and how you do it??

I use paintshop pro 9 hun , you can look online for a free trial of it , you will need paintshop pro tubes or free digital scrapbook kits , you will have to learn where to put your tubes and stuff , you can get free tuts for psp online also .

tubes are like the little pink bear i put on your siggy and the hearts and stuff those are picture tubes or psp tubes , you can download them from a scrapbook kit and extract them into you psp tubes folder on the scrapbook kits the tubes are known as embellishments .

you can also use photoshop hun. most people find they either get on with 1 or the other xx

I can't get on with either of them lol. Think I'll just leave it to the professionals lol xxx

dont give up hun , When I first started using it I would stay up all night untill I got it right , whatever I was trying to make . it takes time , use the tuts they are really helpful . I find photoshop harder to use then psp .

I've downloaded Paint shop pro 9 but now I can't seem to open it??? Everytime I try it says "Tto start this application for the first time or to activate, log in using and administrator-level account. From then on you can use any user account to start his application".. What does this mean?? The only accounts I have on my computer are mine and the guest account =S xxxx
