Help! Progesterone cream use / period or bfp

I had a really odd month when I thought I was pregnant.
Early ovulation and now 14dpo my period started. Or so I thought.
The bleeding stopped and the cramps mostly did also after only a couple of hours and a bright red but sparse bleed.

I took progesterone cream this month from O day until today when period started. But what if it's not a real period? What if I'm pregnant but lose the baby because I quit the cream and my progesterone drops?

If it is my period, I don't want to screw the new cycle up with keep taking the cream. But what IF I am indeed pregnant instead? Bleeding a bit on the day your a/f is due is apparently quite common.

Anyone have experience or advice on this?

No first hand experience as I have been either pregnant or got a full on period every time. But I would keep using it for another day or two to confirm. If you have a doctor that would do a beta that might be the peace of mind you need.
