Hi ladies, I have a quick question, I got a big smiley face on my OPK 24hours ago. OH was out of town. He just came back - I've done another test and the smiley face is gone (24hours later)

Have I missed my chance this month or is it still worth trying?!

Tx

I would still try, just incase, good luck

Didnt want to read and run but GL xx

Your smiley indicates that the hormone that your body needs to release your eggie is being produced, so, it can be 24-72 hours (sometimes even longer) before you actually ovulate. Get to bding!! It's always good to bd a few days before and after a smiley. Good luck!

Oh, and your LH surge, which is what your opk detects, can last as little as 8 hours. But, that does not mean you have missed your O. There is definitely still a chance you can catch it!
