Help.. spelling!

We've kind of agreed on a name for our first baby girl due in Nov but can't agree the spelling or pronounciation! Opinions please girlies

my neice is called Maysie, she is 6 now but when she first started to learn to write her name, she always wrote 'Maisie' because of the character in books, Maisie Mouse - lots of people had bought her Maisie Mouse stuff because of her name, and she got a bit confused as to which one was right.

my sister is always correcting the spelling with people who assume it is Maisie.

So if you don't want your or her to spend your whole lives spelling it out and correcting people, I'd go with Maisie which is the most usual spelling!

If you want it pronounced "maze-ee" then definitely spelled Maisie!
