Help stomach cramps

Hi ladies. Just wondering if you think I should go to the doctors. On Wednesday started with diarrhoea just once but really bad and made me feel very unwell. I was still feeling poorly yesterday so haven't gone into work. I haven't had it again but just feeling generally unwell sick and my stomach is just churning. Anyway since last night I've had really intense stomach cramps and some period pains. They actually woke me up at about 6.30 this morning. No bleeding or anything. I'm not sure if it's just from this bug or if I should be worrying about the baby too x

I would go just to be safe... I hope things are ok and that it passes soon!

I haven't really eaten much so not as bad still feel horrendous tho think it's just the bug xx
