Help! Temp took a dive!

I woke up this morning and my temp took a nose dive. I have been coughing in my sleep for about 15 minutes before I took my temp. Could that have affected my oral temp this morning?

Any help would be appreciated. I dont feel like AF is coming, and today is the day i am due for my period. Usually my temps dont nose dive until after my period has already started.

Did your temps go back up Peaches? Yes, coughing can affect your oral temp, especially coughing for 15 min before taking it. Or did you have some coughing 15 min prior to temping and that's what you mean? Either way, it can affect your temps.
