Help! What do I record??

So this AM I got a negative OPK and I tested just for fun tonight I got a positive OPK. What do I record in FF?? That's is the first time I've ever decided to test at night(between the hrs of 6-7). Now it makes me wonder too if I should start testing 2xday?? Help??

I would record that you had a positive.

My cycles vary a bit, but when I'm approaching ovulation, I start testing two times a day!

Your LH surge can often be so short that you will miss your positive OPK if you're not testing twice a day. It usually recommended that you test in the evenings even if you're only doing 1 OPK a day.

I never got a positive OPK, all too much hassle in my opinion. Temping and CM is enough for me.

Id count it as a positive OPK if it's positive..
