Help with a book

I've been using this site and the grotto for nearly 7 years and in that time I've had some amazing ideas. My oldest is now 11 youngest is 6 and I always give them Christmas Eve bags but this year I'm struggling to find a book for my 11 year old daughter. She's fast changing and things that are too 'childish' she won't read, but I still want her to get in the mood. I got the Horrible Histories book last year which was fab I have tons of Christmas books I have read but I'm looking for a shortish story to read on Chritsmas eve...any ideas?

As she is a little older would real life stories of Christmas be a good idea? I remember reading a lot of the Chicken soup books when I was younger and they do Christmas versions: A Chicken Soup for the Soul Christmas
