Is it too much to have 2 middle names if last name is double barreled?

Also DD only has 1 middle name would that make her feel left out?

One name is from my family one name is from OHs family.

There is a chance that when we get married we will change last name to just OHs so if his middle name is OHs family name then I'll feel sad there was nothing from my side.

But OHs choice does flow better.

Don't know what to do :(

It's hard to tell unless I know what the names are to be honest. Some simple middle names might work! I have already taken hubby's name, so dealt with the loss of mine, so there won't be anything from my side of the family in there anyway. I do know how you feel but the name isn't important - it's their impact on your child's life. X

My sons full name at birth was Callum David Edward Hill-Keith. Big regret? Oh yes...incessantly long and just did not flow. I removed the Keith by deed poll anyway when I changed my own surname to my OH's as I hate it but felt 'pushed' into putting it in by relatives. I did not want David either but felt pushed for that too, however I don't mind it too much now but still wish it was just Callum Edward as I think it flows much nicer.

Mine is Harry OHs is Leo

Last name is 3syllable-1syllable

I was going to give my daughter sienna kathryn ella but i dropped the ella.

It sounded too long with 2 surnames. Its bad enough now with 2 surnames xx

I think it's too much, in my honest opinion. I don't personally see the need for cramming a bunch of names together just for the sake of honoring multiple ppl. I think a child should be given a nice name that sounds good together and has good flow.

Definitely too much, in my opinion. Especially since one of the surnames is 3 syllables.
