help with my metformin dose- cant remember!

Hi ladies, well after 2 years TTC and low sperm and mild pcos Ive been put on Metformin untill I see the IVF consultant in october (Ive been referred but have to wait until my 23rd birthday in oct).

My doctor put me on metformin but I cant remember how to take it? I cant understand her writing???

i think its 500mg at night for 3 days

then the next week

I think its 500mg at night for 7 days

then the next week

I think its 500mg twice a day for two months

Im not really sure how to take the twice a day one- Is it one in the morning then one at night or?? Im so confused!!!

What do I do when the two months worth runs up??

Im happy to be finally on meds though yipppeeee!!!

I think its usually take the tablets once in morning once at night with meals, but I tend to just bosh them all in the evening as I tolerate them fine even tho Im on 2000mg and I forget to take them otherwise. After the 2 months Id say you go back to review the doseage? My GP told me that Metformin generally takes 6-8 weeks to work if its going to help with ovulation so not much point in waiting any longer than that.
