help with robitissuin? for CM?

Hey all- well i have been temping this cycle (looks like it will be 50 days lol depending on my LP) and i did notice i had thick CM not good EW so i have heard you can take the cough mixture Robitssuin (is that what its called) i have two bottles as i normally have it hone ill but is it the read one for chesty cough or the blue tickle cough? I'm guessing its the red one- does it matter if it is non drowsy? i am in the uk BTW

Look on the back and use the one that has the most Guaifenesin in it. That is the stuff that will make your CM thinner HTH
