Help with vitex please.....

Morning ladies

I read on a previous post about vitex!!! I read that it helps regulate periods

So I have just brought a bottle of amazon 1000mg capsules!!

I am on cd 42 with no sign of af, my cycles have Been natural since oct (metformin taken) they been from 30-37 days! This cycle I used my cbfm and got highs from cd 9-24 and now jut waiting for af to come and it hasn't!

So has anyone used these tablets, and when and how many do you take??

So can I start takin these even if af hasn't arrived

Just want something to help regulate my periods

And would love to hear stories from Ladies who have taken this?!!!

maybe you should talk to your doc? they can kick start your af and then you could start your vitex.
