HELP! Xander and ..........???

I am in desperate need of name suggestions for my second baby boy.

His brother is called Xander. A name we adored from the second we heard it, to us it feels like a really strong name & we love that it's uncommon.

We have not been able to find a name that even comes close to blowing us both away and I'm starting to worry we'll end up settling with a name.

I really like Quinn but DH isn't so sure as he's never heard of it before.

DH really likes Zane. I do too but to me Xander & Zane are far too similar.

Please give me name suggestions!

How about Xander & Maddox? They are both cool, unique names that are masculine - and they kind of "go" bc they both have an "x" yet they aren't overly similar. For the same reasons, how about: Lennox, Max, or Paxton?

Thank you all for the suggestions. Some great ones that we have seriously considered. Still not sure we've found the one though yet.

For now we think we have a short list of 4. Toby, Coen, Ethan & Joshua.

Someone mentioned the name Zane & one direction. That is exactly the reason Xander wasn't called Zane, I couldn't bear people thinking we'd named him after a pop star! I don't feel quite so strongly about it now.

I went for Xander and Felix I like that they are both a little bit different, and that they share an 'x'. Of the 4 on your shortlist I like Ethan the most.
There's a little boy across the road from us called Quinn. I have to admit I found it a bit of a strange name at first, but have heard of one or two others since.

That's what put my DH off Quinn too. He'd never ever heard of it before. I actually first heard it as a girls name in Glee but have since met a couple of boys called Quinn & the name is traditionally a boys name apparently.

I really like Felix. Xander has a very cute friend at nursery with the name. Sadly my DH couldn't get past it being the name of a brand of cat food he also veto'd Maxwell due to the coffee brand!! It's a shame as I'd also really like them to share an X.
