hey not posted on here for few years but trying to conceieve first time trying a week ago and then two times after that due my high pregnancy timing and ovulation time enyways im now havein like sharp pains on my left ovaries is this sign of early pregnancy ?? Hey i did a test yesterday was negative coz think to early to test tbh i dont even no when to do a test ? X
