My ten month old has been getting up at 12, 2, 3,4 am and deciding its time to be awake for the day. I understand sleep regression can happen at this point but it said she should get 11-12 hours of sleep + 2-3 hours of nap....um thats not happening.
I've tried keeping her in bed with me, leaving her crying in her crib now i've given up and its 4 am, shes been up for at least 2 hours and she was put to bed at 8:30pm....I don't understand and i'm not holding out very well with no sleep either.
She's keeping up everyone one else in the house too...soon we're all going to go crazy.

If she'd let me sleep from 12 to 4 then i could cope but it doesnt happen. She wakes up around 10pm then at 12 so theres no point going to bed before then :dohh:

Sorry I can't help, but your not alone! Leo seems to be going through a massive sleep regression at the moment:cry:

Did your lo previously sleep well? x

:hugs: I'm sorry. Its the worst!

I wouldnt say that, she's always woken up 3-5 times since about 4 months, i've come to terms with that but this is just a whole new level of sleep deprivision.
