I had pretty much given up hope of having a BFP naturally, being that I only have one tube and we have been trying since Mar. I even have a fertility appt next Tues to schedule an IUI. Im pretty sure I O'd on 1 Sept (My ticker is wrong) because I had EWCM for four days prior then alot of EWCM that day and cramping. Next day no EWCM. So I'm pretty sure I ovulated. That should put me at 8 or 9 dpo. We dtd on that Thur, Sat, Sun, Mon, and Wed/Thurs (1am). I used preseed for the first time everytime we dtd and for the first time did not move at all afterwards. Just placed a pilliow under me and slept like that. This is also the first time we did it on multiple days. Every month I have what I believe to be symptoms, I think, "Hmmm...this is it"...only to be disappointed later when AF showed up. 
This time I am cautiously thinking it might be different. I have been extremely dizzy the last couple of days and going up the stairs I am so out of breath I'm light headed. I'm dizzy just laying in the bed. This morning I swore I was going to pass out from the dizziness. I have been cramping for the past two days with today being the worst. It's not like AF cramps. Those are usually dull aches until the day of AF. This feels like little pinches of fire. I hope that makes sense 
A whole bunch of little cramps over and over again too. I have had some pain in my hips and two really sharp pains rotating around my back. My CM went from nothing to extremely thick and creamy to now stringy white. Almost like EWCM, but it's real white. I am a little irritable, but nothing serious yet. Dont ask my DH 
BBS are sore but that happens every month. Hot, Hot, Hot, then out of nowhere I'm cold. I feels like its inside of me if that makes since. Lastly my nose is so stuffy and I keep sneezing. When I do sneeze I get pain in my lower stomach. I took a dollar store cheapie this evening when I got home just because I have poas...lol and of course BFN.
