I'm a newbie on the site.
I'm trying for a baby with my finance but I don't know if I'm pregnant now.
I feel sick, loss of appetite, headaches, tummy cramps, light spotting but is not coming to anything, dizzy and exhausted. Could I be pregnant?

If you still don't get your period in a couple of days, re-test. If it's still a contact your doctor.
