At first I was tired and had cramps but actually thought AF was arriving. The sickness didn't start 'til I was 6 weeks gone.

I feel tired, cramps, exhausted, bloating, feel a bit sick.
I'm three days late, got spotting but went and have white vaginal discharge.
could I be pregnant
