Hi and congrats. I've just turned 20 and am also expecting my first!
Once you reach 5+ posts you can add a signature. To get the ticker, just click on someone elses and it will take you to a website where you can create one. Once you've done that just copy and paste the code (not the html one) into your signature by clicking on Edit Signature under quick links.
