high dose of folic acid, what else?? pls help

hi, everyone
had a doctors appointment today just for a quick follow up after my d&c last thursday. managed to get my doctor to prescribe me the higher dose of folic acid - although it took alot of badgering from me as he was reluctant (?). Anyway as that was my third mc (had children inbetween so no test ), im looking to do whatever i can to try and prevent it from happening again and just wondered if anyone can recommend anything else that i should be taking and what is it for. would be much appreciated

I'm taking baby aspirin as suggested my my Doctor. I'm also taking Pregnacare and an extra dose of Folic Acid. Trying to stay calm and look to the future too. Best of luck! Hope we get our gorgeous babies xxx
