Hips have been popping and sure enough buns head is down there

I saw my mid wife today who confirmed LOs head is def down there!

Just in the last few days I have had increased discomfort in my hips and they are constantly popping when ever I move. I am only 31 weeks so I hope it doesn't get to much worse than this
