OMG my hips are doing my head in I sit down and get like pins and needles in them which makes me really uncomfortable! I have it when I'm lying in bed as well urghh!! Getting on my nerves now anybody else have this and got any tips to help please xx

I have hip pain if I'm on my feet for too long but nothing with pins or needles like you're describing. Are you maybe sitting on a pinched nerve or something?

I also get hip pain when I walk, noting sitting or laying down. It's a horrible pain.

May be the start of pgp/spd.. I had it in my last pregnancy.. unfortunately it only gets worse.. good news is it has no effect on baby and as soon as your little one is born it will go. It disappears instantly for most people.x
