Hi ladies ,

This morning I tested with fmu as for the last week I have been getting very faint/if there at all lines .What do you lot reckon from the photo ? I have missed 2 periods ,have had lots of symptopms but with having the faint lines this past week or so and being so many dpo Im not sure what conclusion to come to .I would be on if this was my tho .Thanks in advance

hmmm i have one of these silly little teeny tiny laptop things (OH thought he would buy me one.. i wanted a big bad ass sturdy one lol)... so the piccies arent that big for me to see! But i caught a glimpse at the 3rd one and it does look like a faint line!

Not sure if it's the shadow from the tip or a line I'm seeing as what I'm seeing looks to far away from the control. Any chance of a less fuzzy picture?

Yep I agree now with Dan-O, that fourth photo is clear and that is a I reckon you should splash out on a proper test to make sure but make it a pink one like a first response or a digi. Congratulations. x

Looks like a defo bfp to me, thats how mine looked at first congrats.

Hmmmm I am not sure either.
I agree that if this was your first test around the time your period was due, it would be excellent, but after 2 missed periods, you would be around, what, 8-10 weeks pregnant. Is that what you mean?
Yes I guess typically that would be faint for that far along, but there are sooooo many reasons/factors that could cause this.

As they say a positive line = pregnant no matter how faint, but I would definitely go see your GP ASAP, and get a scan booked.

I thought that too but many women don't even get anything until a few months into the pregnancy. Something about the urine not holding the hormone until it's very high. I assume this is your first so I still think it looks good still. Blood test would give you the final answer.

Thanks ladies .I agree with what you are saying MRSO and Pippin .This morning I took a digi and it said not pregnant so im sooo confused and very doubtful right now .I dont understand how I got 2 positives yesterday and that BFN on the digi today I dont think Im pregnant this time .I have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning anyways.Thanks for all your replies x

Keep us posted. I was reading your thread and it was giving me hope. Im in the same position as you with 2 months of no AF. I hope you end up with a BFP on a blood test!!!!

Well I got the morning off work to go to the doctors ,just got back now and what a complete waste of time! I couldnt get to see my own doctor so saw another one at the surgery .Told her that my last period was december ,that I had took 3 tests 2 came back positive(she didnt even ask about the 3rd) ,I tried to show her the 2 positive ones but she just wasnt interested,she just asked did the line appear within the 5-10 min and I said yeah and she said because ALL tests will get a positive result eventually its just something in the air !!!!!!!!!!!! Those were her exact words! I was like huh?? I even took a pot with me with my fmu but she didnt even entertain me.Said to wait another 7 - 10 days and test again .I said its just odd for me to have missed 2 periods when Im usually regular in which she replied - ' we would start to investigate your abscence of periods if they are absent for 6 - 9 months ' !!!!
So I wasnt best pleased and she wasnt going to offer me a simple urine test there(they do simple dip test as I have had one in the past) nor a blood test,it was like she was just trying to palm me off .Sooo then I asked could I have something for my skin as I have started getting spots lately and she said I can give you some creme but cant give you any tablets 'incase' you are pregnant as they dont bide well !?!?!?!?!?!? .So i left with my spot cream prescription hahaha then on the way to the chemist I thought Id get a 1st response pregnancy test but low and behold they are sold out lol .Ive got some more cheapies comming this week anyways so might just wait for them and presume im not pregnant .Sorry for the rant x

This is just ridiculous treatment.
I know my GP surgery isn't the best, but it's not as bad as that.
Unfortunately the only thing I can advise is to take another pg test which you are going to do.

(I said on the 1st Tri board how worried I was this time after the 2 previous m/cs, and someone said why don't I get my GP to take bloods and check my hcg. If only!!! I can't tell my GP to do anything, and it sounds like yours is the same.)

Sorry to hear bout your doctor. Your tests do look positive. Have you thought about taking your fmu to the chemist & let them test it? Im sure its only a few quid.
I cant believe she didnt offer to test it, what happens if you are & your not taking folic acid etc.

You are allowed to rant hon and I'm sorry the doctors weren't very helpful. It seems some are and some aren't. Try and get hold of that first response and see what happens. Either that r book to see your usual doctor in a few days. Keep positive hon. xxx

Thanks ladies .Popped into Asda on way home and they had no frer tests either so i got there own . Got very faint lines again -within the 5 minutes .I just dont understand at all .Ive managed to make an appointment with my doctor for friday but I feel like I am becomming obsessed with thinking I am and trying to prove myself.But I feel like I am I really do,is strange.Just wish they would give me a blood test as this is like torture now! Have attached pics of the new tests below .Hope you are all well x

I do see a line but your right it is quite faint. There is one lady on here that gets faint lines all the time because (we think) she has naturally high levels of HCG in her system but that doesn't explain why you haven't had a period for two cycles. And.....Who cares what the doctors think you go and make a fuss hon. xxx
