Holly Laura's birth Story - 40 hour failed induction and c-section

Thanks to everyone for their lovely comments! Its funny when I think back it still doesnt seem like it was that long a birth but the recovery sure took some time so I guess it was! Holly's doing great though, if not the most awkward lil thing when she wants to be!

Your labour sounds like mine with the epi failing - I had breakthrough pain too and had to have gas and air on top of it whilst waiting for the top up to kick in, and I also felt the knife when they started the section the anaesthetist had to give more drugs too cos I swear I could feel pain!

I didnt get any photos of Ava's first moments just one my mum took on her mobile as my OH had to be taken out as he nearly passed out so he missed everything xx
