Holy Mother Of Crap That Hurts!

I just tried to get out of bed and had this disgusting splitting feeling in my pelvis bone. It hurt like hell, OH thought i was having the baby! Woke him up in a hurry and now i've got all sorts of aches and pains. Is this just the thrid tri catching up with me? Has anyone else had this?..xx

I just got this last night! I've gotten occasional, less painful ones before but the ones last night hurt like a...bad word, haha.

i have this all day every day it's the worst pain in the world! can't sit up, move or anything and is forcing me to go on maternity leave at 28 weeks *sigh*
midwife is sending me to physio, if yours gets as bad talk to your midwife!

Its just your ligments moving too much so your pelvis rubs together. Its painfull but harmless.

I have this too, it's this uncomfortable pressure on one side of my pelvic bone.

It sucks so bad

its just SPD, they'll send you too physio where you get what they refer to as, a brace.
Basically its just a giant tubegrip lol

Thank you girlies, so reassuring. I don't have midwife for another two weeks but if it happens again i'll phone in. I thought my pelvis was actually splitting in two!..xx
