homemade baby food storage?!

What was your favorite freezer storage option, as well as on the go storage? About to purchase on amazon and just not sure what's the best option!

I used to just make batches of food then freeze it in ice cube trays so i could defrost 2 or 3 cubes as needed. I popped them out the trays into food bags once frozen. I got some little tommee tippee pots for out and about but usually resorted to jars.

I got ice cube trays from ikea and zip lock bags to store the cubes once frozen. I don't see a need for anything fancier. And I will buy a couple of small food containers with lid to take a few cubes with us if we are out.

Same as PP, silicone ice cube trays and small food bags, plus pots bought on special offer for out and about.
