I'm Turkish so trying to find Turkish boys names that are pronoucable in English.

It means deep.

Yep I like it too, I assume it's pronounced the same as derren? If so people shouldn't have a problem with it

I think it's pronouced very simialr to Derren - more "Der-rin" as opposed to "der-run".
