Hello all, i really hope you dont mind me nipping into this group its just reading some of your posts i wanted to share my story to give hope.
I tried to concieve from age 18 and it took me 10 yr of fertility tests clomid.numerous tears and feelings of failure and why not me. after 10 yr i decided to enrol for university to qualify as a social worker, at the same time found out hey presto pregnant so put off uni for a yr.i also after having a smear test at 5 weeks pregnant found out i had cervical cancer and ethically because it took so long tc the medics couldnt advise abortion. i had surgery and at 37 wks had our boy named jack my specialist said the baby came at this time to save my life after 10 yrs
Well i went onto qualify as a social worker and have spent 8 yrs trying again..i began university full time again in september to become dual qualified as a mental health nurse and believe it...pregnant!!!
We are having a boy.
