Horrible day

So this morning i got a bfp on a clear blue digital. Went to the drs and they have taken bloods. I started bleeding this morning and when i got home and did a boots test it came up not pregnant. In 6 hours ive gone from hope to nothing. Ive got to ring for my results tomorrow but theres no point now

Also i had bloods done two weeks ago and they told me my platelets are not clotting so had more bloods done for that. I am feeling pretty down today
