I woke up this morning and went to got to the loo and almost fell over as I felt severly dizzy, when I got back into bed even turning over made the room spin. Getting up I felt dizzy and if I bend to pick something up or turn my head too quickly I get it too, it's really freaking me out! Any one else getting this???

xxxx

Sounds more like an inner ear issue than pregnancy related. My Dad has that. He's fallen out of bed a few times fromthe dizziness and feels like he's going to fall over everytime he bent over..
I think you should perhaps see an ENT or GP.
good luck..

Thanks. I have had problems with labrynthitis in the past and it is similar however when I went to the docs he said my ears were fine? (great help). I am trying to relieve congestion with steam but not sure what else to do?

xxxx

Might be positonal vertigo or viral labrythitis your ears could look fine with both of these problems. See another G.P if it continues as there is a test they can do for positional vertigo. Hope you feel better soon . I suffered with this last year and it's a horrible feeling.

Hey hun xx Dizziness is a common problem in pregnancy, I dont think theres much you can do about it but it probably wouldnt hurt to mention it to your doc or m/w just to be safe xx Hope it clears soon hun xx

Hey hun hope you're feeling better , this happened to me just the other day , i was shopping and all of a sudden i just felt really dizzy and i had to sit down , i almost fainted and i just felt sooo sick! , i got really worried and went to the emergency room , the doctor looked at the baby and checked my blood pressure she said everything was fine and lots of women experience this during pregnancy it just ment that my blood sugars were low , she said to keep some chocolate near or something sweet incase it happens again. So maybe thats what happened to you x

i've had this a lot it was due to my low blood pressure and needing some food! usually a sugary cup of tea and getting up slowly helps i'd ask your GP or MW about it. x
