Hiya,
This is baby number 3 and i had SPD in my second pregnancy and i dont think what i am experiencing is related to this, spd has already set in with this pregnancy and its a different pain....
The only way i can describe it is its like someone has a very sharp knife up there
and they are shoving it right the way up and poking it about im sorry for the terrible description lol but its like shooting pains that really take my breath away 
Baby is moving about fine i can feel her kicking my ribs , i am 26 weeks tomorrow x
