I spoke to the receptionista t the hospital the other day and she said that i should call back when AF arrives so that I can see about getting my HSG moved foward. AF came on sunday so calle dher on Monady and she said that there were no cancellations and as it was she already had 9 people down in one day to have test when there should only be 6(she said that she was hoping someone would call and say they have a period and cancell)

So now I have to wait until 15th January which I know is only about 6 weeks away but I'm so desperate to know what's going on. It just goes to show also how many people are waiting for these treatments on the NHS. Aparantly they only have 1 ady per week that they can do this!

Sorry for the moan!:loopy:

I hope you can get in soon! I HATED my HSG, but at least I learned there weren't any structural problems, so to speak. Just a little note- it's not horrible when they are inserting the dye, just a little crampy. They will have you sit up afterwards and wait 15-30 minutes before shotting a few more pics...THAT part HURTS. It gave me terrible cramps, I was so glad my Mom was with me. I got cramps for a few hours afterwards, but nothing horrible. Bring a pad with you when you go, too, you'll need one to catch the dye as it drips out! Good Luck! I hope yours isn't painful and that the results are good!

Thanks for your feed back, I appreciate your honesty. So I see that your pregnant. How soon after your HSG did u conceive?
