Hi ladies! I am (hopefully) only days away from giving birth and getting nervous about being pushed into speedy along my delivery by the hospital.
I was recently offered induction which was supposed to be done today, which I refused. I am 3cm, 80% effaced on my own and feel that my body is doing what it need to without help. I have spent alot of time thinking about what I want and I would like to be a natural birth with a go at no pain medications and giving myself time to labor on my own.
I am worried however that they want the bed for the next patient and won't give me the time I need to do this on my own.
Has anyone dealt with this or had confrontations with staff or feeling a sense of impatience?
Just wondering how you handled it all! Thank you!
