Hot flashes/ night sweats with extended BFing? Could be it be linked to miscarriage:(

I have been BFing for 23 months now. My AF returned around 5 months PP. I have been having hot flashes and night sweats since then the week or so before my period and on my period . I am going through an early miscarriage right now and suffered one I'm April as well. I am
Wondering if its normal to have these hot flashes or if maybe something else is going on ? Does any one else have this and has gotten pregnant and carried? Thanks
