hot flashes??

what do you girls count as hot flashes?? like when you suddenly go all hot and your skin feels prickly??

When you get hot for no other reason than your hormones are surging. Haha I get them all the time when I am in church, its freezing in there and all the sudden I will be panting I'm so hot. You start to sweat too, and your heart goes a little faster. That's my hot flashes.

Yes ma'am, that's exactly what happens to me and you feel like you have to fan yourself or you'll die of heat stroke

I find they don't last long - this afternoon I felt hot on the most cold day of the year but it lasted longer than normal hot flushes do for me, so I'm wondering what that was all about.

Do you often get them schnoodle?

It's bad when you're so hot you sit at work fanning yourself and keep exclaiming (to the 50+ yr old woman next to you) that you're having a hot flush!! I also wake up sweating most days too.
Hot flush = definate sign!

i was awake most of las night it was so bloody hot! i was swetting like npo lady should ever sweat!

i dunno if its cos of the hot weather though

I was the same i woke up so hot my neck and back of my head were covered in sweat and a portion of my blanket was soaked ! Ive been hot and cold all day long temp has been fluctuating today to between 98.7 and 99.4

I had one the other night, its like a heat which creeps over you and is also suffocating! I get a red face and am hot to the touch. Its interesting that you would have them whilst eating too-does it feel like heartburn at all when it happens during eating?

ha ha! I do that, wolf it down too quick and then have a hot flush! I had a weird one last week, Wednesday I think, I was in the car and all of a sudden went so hot, my face was bright red, sweating etc and when DH touched me he said my skin was on fire! I found the whole thing hilarious for some strange reason and couldn't stop giggling......

It is warm at night these days...I've got spotting today so it wasn't a sign for me

It's not the weather here for me - it's winter and freezing!
I normally get hot after eating anyway - I think it's something to do with the matabolism?!?

That's how i've been today....went all dizzy I was that hot and thought I was going to faint....wasn't good....and i'm still roasting hot

This was like me lst night! had to actually sleep with my windown wideee open and was layed next to it! body was just going boiling hot when i was trying to sleep! was a nightmare!
also yesterday and today have thought i was going to faint! i am anemic though which could be why but i really hate when that happens!
Lets hope this is all signs tho, pretty doubtfull though :/
