How can I change my profile name?

Hey guys, how am I able to change my profile name?
I have sent a message through the "contact us" and stated my personal reason for doing so after reading how to on a past post, but have not received a reply yet (this was a few days ago) I can't find any other ways to do it, if anybody can help please x
