How do I add and link in my siggy & change its name?

Hi

I wanted to add a link/shortcut to my wedding journal in my siggy but cant seem to change it so it just says 'Cassies Wedding Journal' instead of a big long link?!??!

Probably simple, but im stoooooopid! Thanks x
