How do i get my journal in?

i know i can link it into my siggy, but iv noticed alot of people have like My WTT Journal as their link?
how do i get this?

• Highlight it (like you would if you were going to copy and paste).
• Press the https://s3.bbstatic.com/images/editor/createlink.gif button.
• Copy and paste the link to your journal into the box that pops up.
