how do you add the "how i'm feeling" on profile?

please help, how do you add the "how i'm feeling" button on ur profile?

In the upper right corner, under where it has welcome message, your name, unread messages inbox messages etc theres a line that says 'currently feeling' - if you click on that it'll bring up a dropdown box showing all the emotions and you can then select one. Hope this helps xxx
