have you tried a vari flow teat? They are supposed to adjust to the needs of the babies suck.
My boys are technically three hourly too and the idea is that they stock up so they sleep longer - we arent there yet though lol. Cant help you on the length of the feed as my two pig boys do 4oz in five mins flat
