How do you turn off the daily emails?

Im going mad! The ''subscribed'' threads i get an email every morning at 6am for every thread ive written in! It wakes me up going to my phone but i need to keep it on volume for my alarm! Then i need to go into my phone and 'read' them all to get rid of the stars on the screen and then i need to go into my acc online and delete them all! Driving me up the wall. Can i just turn it off so i dont get emails!?

click 'user CP'

then on the left hand side under 'settings & options' click 'edit options'

there will be a drop down box there (under the 'Default Thread Subscription Mode') yours will say 'daily email notification' change it too 'no email notification'

then scroll too the bottom of the page and click 'save changes'
