How far along until you started showing

How far along were you before you started to see a change in your midsection?

with my first I was 16 weeks before I could notice anything. With this one I seemed to have gotten chubby around my middle from about 12 weeks, but not really baby bump, just fat lol. Can't wait until it turns into a proper bump
