How fast did you get pregnant after wedding?

I was wondering how quickly you all got preggers after your wedding. I got married 8th july went on honeymoon to mexico for two weeks and came back pregnant. I wasnt pregnant before the wedding because i was on my period i was supposed to come on my period the second week of the honeymoon and it didnt come so when we got back to UK i did a test (actually i did 5) and they were all positive and it said 3+. I am now coming up to 7 weeks preggers on thursday and its all such a shock i know i said i wanted to wait till after the wedding but i didnt think it would be the day after i fell pregnant... coz it certainly wasnt the wedding night...as i got no romance that night lol. Its funny because it took my mam two years trying for me so i thought ah i'll be the same..but no it seems everyones different hee hee x

Ummm there must be something in the water because I too went to mexico on our honeymoon and got pregnant. We knew I was ovulating for the entire week we were there so it all worked out great. We got married on the 8th of July.

I got married in December 2010 - we started ttc on our first cycle after the wedding. My first BFP was April (4 months of trying)- I MC by the end of the month. We waited 1 cycle as Dr. suggested (my period came again May 30th) I got my 2nd BFP in June and MC beginning of July. We didn't wait this time, but didn't get pg in July. So my period came at beginning of August and that's the cycle we're in now - waiting to see what happens still. So overall we're on 8 months of trying now.

Ummm there must be something in the water because I too went to mexico on our honeymoon and got pregnant. We knew I was ovulating for the entire week we were there so it all worked out great. We got married on the 8th of July.

Thats the same as us then! weird! we werent trying as such we just said we would try after the wedding but i thought it would be when we got back home! i dont know anything about when im ovulating or anything .... i was ill in mexico for a week so i had to get an injection and three lots of antibiotics so im hoping it hasnt damaged the baby plus i had one too many tequilas!

My most fertile period is over the wedding (27th August) so there is going to be a lot of baby dancing on the weds, thurs, sat and sunday and monday! Hope to join you ladies soon

haha whats with Mexico? it must be a fertile place as my bf's brother and his wife went there for their honeymoon and omg she concieved there too there baby is now 3 haha congrats x x x x

Let's see....we got married July 2nd 2005, and I got my BFP on July 13th. We actually did the math and found out that we conceived on our Anniversary. SO the short answer would be 6 years.

I had my first AF following a MC on my actual wedding day (4th june 2011); came bk from honeymoon and got my BFP so my EDD date is worked out from my 4th june wedding heehee (altho i have longer cycles so technically shud be later)

Lots of things make me emotional these days and your scan just about did it for me! I have been hoping for twins and am a twin myself. We shall see tomorrow

we got married the same day WOW ur scan is amazing - wish i was having twins... but very happy with my one

We actually conceived in our 4th month trying which was a month after wedding. But we sadly mc. Then we never conceived again and ended up having IVF. So it took us almost two years trying to get a (so far) sticky BFP.

Got married on june 4 n baby was concieved on the 18, we was thinking of waiting a few months to get settled but god had other plans, n we couldn't be any happier. We cant wait until our LO joins us.

Wasn't so lucky on getting pregnant easy. We waited a year after marriage, but it took us 19 months to concieve, but so worth it

I got married in February of this year and decided to keep taking my birth control packs until they ran out in June. Stopped taking them and got pregnant in July.

We were married in June 2008, I was on the pill until July 2010 and we were NTNP mostly until June of this year when we started TTC for real and got our BFP July 17th.
